The Cross-Rivers state police command has arrested a man who tied the hands and legs of his daughter over an alleged case of soft drink theft.
The incident which happened in Obudu local government area of Cross River state was immediately to the police after the sight of the child attracted attention.
Reports also have it that neighbors alerted the man’s people who also reside in Obudu and upon arrival, they apologized on his behalf.
The man who is yet to be identified also tried running but was caught and is now behind bars.
