16-year old Victory, was recently kidnapped by a man she met and befriended on Facebook.
The suspect Michael Duda, 24, was paraded in Benin, Edo State, yesterday.
He continued saying they became really close and invited her over. He however denied he abducted her saying it was a planned move from both of them.
Victoria however said Micheal invited her to come to his house, less than a month after they became friend. She said Michael refused to let her go after she visited and kept her for four days, raped her and also demanded for N4 million for her release
Michael however denied demanding for N4 million ransom, saying that he demanded for just N2 million. “We planned to collect money from her father to raise money for our marriage but I did no collect the money again. She stayed in my house for four days,” he said.
