Gossip Girl star Ed Westwick has denied knowing actress Kristina Cohen after she publicly accused him of raping her.
The 27-year-old actress took to Facebook on Monday night alleging that Westwick raped her at his home in February 2014.
Westwick denied the allegations on Tuesday morning in a statement on his social media.
‘I do not know this woman. I have never forced myself in any manner, on any woman. I certainly have never committed rape,’ Westwick wrote.
In her Facebook post, Cohen said she had gone to the British actor’s home with a producer she had previously dated when she took a nap in his guest bedroom.
She claims she woke up to find Ed on top of her. She didn’t name the producer in her Facebook post, but later identified him to the Hollywood Reporter as Kaine Harling.
