Mrs. Ebelechukwu Obiano, first lady of Anambra state was spotted in the market buying food items just weeks before the 2017 gubernatorial election.
Her husband, Governor Willie Obiano will be contesting in the state’s next governorship election which will take place on the 18th of November.
