Son won the prize for his brilliant solo effort against Burnley in December.
Son carried the ball from his own half and ran 70 yards past four defenders, before slotting past the goalkeeper.
Spurs were already two goals up when Son struck the third in an emphatic 5-0 victory.
The South-Korean striker (Son) beat competition from the likes of Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne and Manchester United midfielder, Bruno Fernandes, to claim the award.
Other names up for the award were Newcastle’s Matty Longstaff for his winner against Man Utd, an acrobatic overhead kick from Brighton’s Alireza Jahanbakhsh.
