A suspected Nigerian fraudster, burst into tears while being paraded by the Kenyan police, following his arrest.
Uduebor Uche, Adebowale Oluwafemi and a Tanzanian were arrested for engaging in electronic fraud where local banks lost a huge amount of money.
The suspects who were paraded today,will be arraigned on Monday.
