The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) according to multiple reports online, have frozen “all bank accounts” owned by Akwa Ibom State today.
Premium Times, reports that the state information commissioner Charles Udoh said state authorities only learnt of the development today, and no prior indications was given by the anti-graft agency.
Udoh also revealed that more information on the action will be made available to Nigerians shortly.
