A bikini-clad woman refused to move from her sunbathing spot on the beach despite being less than a metre away from a wedding ceremony.
What was supposed to be an intimate and romantic setting became so with the appearance of the half-naked woman lying face down in the sand.
A caption alongside the image of a couple exchanging their vows in Port Willunga, a suburb in South Australia, read:
‘That awkward moment when a beach wedding interrupts your sun tanning’ couple exchanged their vows
The woman who took the photo said she had assumed the woman was asleep.
‘She was just one metre away, it was pretty funny,’ she told Daily Mail Australia.
‘I thought it was a dead body which would be slightly worse,’ one person commented.
