The star applied to trademark ‘Les Jumelles d’Armand de Brignac’, in November,Mailonline reports.

The application, made by his lawyer Afschineh Latifi, lists the translation of ‘Les Jumelles’ as ‘the twins’.

Jay Z bought the luxury brand Armand de Brignac in 2006 – nicknamed Ace of Spades after its company logo.

The Brut Gold – in a distinctive gold bottle – retails around $300 for a 750ml bottle.
