Nelly has found himself in another sexual assault investigation as new reports have it that he assaulted a female fan after a gig in England last December.
TMZ, reports that the incident allegedly occurred on the 5th of December after Nelly’s performance at Cliffs Pavilion in Essex.
According to the gossip site, the woman in question, claims she had gone to take a picture with Nelly but instead the rapper placed his arm tightly behind her and asked if she could stay behind to talk to him.
She said they went to his dressing room with her friends but asked that she comes with him to a room next door. She continued saying immediately she entered the room, Nelly dropped his pants and began masturbating in front of her.
The woman also claims he put his hand on her top made to pull it off, trying as well to kiss her as she tried to bolt from the room.
Nelly, according to the woman put his right hand on the back of her head and his left hand on her shoulder, forced her head down, pushing his erect penis into her mouth. She says she ran out of the room as he called her a c***.
She said she however did not report the incident to the Police because she felt the authorities wouldn’t believe her.
In a statement by the Essex police, they said: ‘We are investigating after a woman reported to us that she was sexually assaulted at an address in Westcliff on December 5, 2017.
Nelly’s attorney Scott Rosenblum, reacting to the alleged sexual assault, in a statement to TMZ, said:
“These allegations arose after Ms. Green amended her suit for money to include a reference to these claims. The fact that the police are investigating these claims is not new information and Nelly welcomes a thorough investigation. Nelly is confident that once investigated, these claims will be determined to be disingenuous.
“Nelly was accompanied by his girlfriend during this tour and she was at his side throughout. It is important that police investigate every allegation of this nature,” he added.
This new case is coming just two months after another woman claimed Nelly raped her on his tour bus. A claim Nelly denied before the case was eventually dropped following the woman’s refusal to testify.
